So going in, focus on opening up the board as much as possible so you can actually make some good combos. Once the board opens up the jelly pretty much spreads itself - so just focus on opening it up. Once you clear a big portion of the center out - go for your big combos.
With this large play field and only 5 colors it shouldn’t be too difficult. Chocolate bombs/coloring candies with any other special are big and will help finish off the candy cubes and spread the jelly at the same time.
By far the best combo to make is a Rainbow Kimmy (colourbomb/colouring candy) This will clear all the frosting blockers and just leave the licorice swirls for you to clear. I am not convinced that this level is possible without a Kimmy.

I think you are right, Cookie, it will need a colour bomb plus rainbow Kimmy to pass this level. After many attempts and getting nowhere near, I had two games in a row with very lucky boards, 2 colour bombs together and colour bomb/strip or wrap many times. I would still need at least 5-10 more moves to complete.
