For this level you only need to get 3 bears to the candy string. Problem is you have a sea of licorice and locked licorice to get through. You also have to get through a licorice link as well. Focus on one side of the board first till you can bust through the link. Once you can reach the licorice and the locked crates, go for the soda pop dispenser till you raise the soda level that is needed to float your bears up. While you are trying to get through the sea of licorice, go for wrapped candies and combos. Once you get to the top, ignore making anymore specials on the bottom and stay up top removing the few remaining licorice swirls
