You will need to clear the peppermint sticks first, this will release the bubble bears and float them up to the top of the board.
The colour bomb at the bottom will be unlocked by the blasts from the peppermint sticks so ignore it to begin with.
While you are working on the peppermint sticks you may unlock the colour bomb with your combos, if this happens make a match above it to get it into the main part of the board or the blast from peppermint sticks will detonate it and it will be wasted.
The top part of the board is pretty straightforward, try to match the colour bomb with a stripe or wrap to clear the most blockers.
If you get a chance to move the bears away from the sides of the board it may help as there are less blockers, but don't waste moves on this, just do it if the moves appear. Otherwise you just need to work as close to the top as possible and make combos to blast away at the blockers and get the bears up to the top.
The peppermint stick at the top will be detonated as you play so don't worry about it too much.
