With only 4 colours on the board making special candies and combos is very easy on level 820. The problem is the shape of the board means there are fewer opportunities for clearing the frosted blockers. Fish are the answer to the difficult to get to frosting, and if you can switch them with a stripe or wrap better still. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that the fish will go where you want them so you can't rely on them entirely.
To begin with you can use vertical stripes to hit the black candies in the bottom part of the board. Once the black candies are gone you will get candies in the bottom which hopefully you can switch together to clear the blockers.
The candies fall down from the top to the bottom when you make matches in the bottom, so if you can drop wrapped candies down into the bottom they can do a lot of damage.
