Hints and tips showing how to pass level 821 Candy Crush Soda Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 821 Candy Crush Soda Saga is classed as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have to collect 3 bubble bears from the board which moves up as you float the bears up.
The first bear is on the board and all you have to do to float it up and move the board is to clear the black candies.
The other two bears are further up the board surrounded by more black candies.
Vertical stripes positioned correctly will take care of the black candies quickly. If you look at them you will see there is one that only needs hitting once, so hit that with a stripe and you're off up the board again.
As you reach the candy string use as many stripe/wrap combos as you can to clear the blockers and when you get to the last few blockers fish will be invaluable as they will usually, although not always, take out the candy immediately above the bubble bears.
