First try to unlock the stripe/wrap combo at the top of the board without detonating it, this can then be switched to begin clearing the honey, it will also unlock the other combo at the bottom which can be switched to begin to clear the bottom two honey bears.
This is an ideal start but you won't always be able to start in this way, often the combos self destruct so won't help much.
Then you will need vertical stripes and jelly fish. If the vertical stripe is in the middle use it to hit the stripe that is always in place in the center of the board. If the stripe is not in line with the center stripe then switch it with a jelly fish.
Sideways stripes can also be switched with jelly fish and these will hit two honey squares.
Don't bother with making wraps as they don't help much and will waste moves, much better to make a stripe instead.
Work in the bottom part of the board whenever possible, but check the top part before every move so you don't miss any chances o make those stripes and fish.
