You have 30 moves to spread the jam over the whole board.
The jam starts off in the bottom corners with fish ready to take it onto the board. One way to get the jam spreading is to clear the peppermint stick, this will hit the two fish and send them into the board with the jam. sometimes fish will go to the fish carrying the jam if you get a colourbomb/fish combo.
First you need to clear the honey and licorice from around the peppermint stick so it is easier to clear, you can use combos to clear the peppermint stick but this will waste a lot of moves.
Make sure there is no licorice blocking the blast from the peppermint stick when it detonates or it won't hit the fish.
Once the jam is spreading look carefully for chances to make more special candies and combos.
Fish are very useful for getting the jam into the last few squares that are hard to get to.
