Clear the chocolate in 20 moves.
This is a most frustrating level, you need at least one powerful combo like a colourbomb switched with another special candy to make inroads into the chocolate. The frustrating part is that you are given some striped candies and fish to begin with but often they are eaten by the chocolate as soon as they are unlocked, so if you get the chance to use these free specials use them before the chocolate gets them.
It isn't hard to make special candies, but the chocolate grows so quickly that you can't keep them too long to make into combos.
Also 20 moves leaves none to spare, so from the start look for either the colourbomb combos or stripe/wrap combos to clear the most chocolate.
Once you clear some chocolate try to work down near the bottom of the board to prevent it from growing back.
You may use a few lives on level 1211, but it is possible if you concentrate on making combos and check the board carefully before every move. The chocolate will wait for you to move before it grows so you can take your time.
