You have 20 moves to clear all the chocolate which doesn't sound much, but you have the three peppermint sticks to help you, as well as the turtle.
Look for combos that you can fire into the chocolate and at the same time clear the peppermint sticks.
The peppermint sticks will help a lot but only if you don't let the chocolate grow too far before you clear them.
Watch the turtle at the same time and as soon as it is full use it on a colour that will clear the most chocolate.
There is nothing to be gained by saving the turtle so use it as often as you can but take care that you use it on the colour that will do the most good.
If you can clear the white chocolate early on with a combo your job will be a lot easier.
