Clear the licorice to give you space to work, then concentrate on making combos to clear the cupcake blockers at the top of the board.

There is a colour bomb hidden under the middle blocker near the top and this is best switched with another special candy if possible.
Colour bomb/stripe and colour bomb/wrap combos are always better that switching the colour bomb with a single candy.
