Look for combos right from the start, chasing the chocolate will not work on this level as it grows too fast and you will quickly either run out of moves or be over-run with chocolate.
Colour bomb/wrap combos are the best with colour bomb/stripe combos a close second.
It is always easier to keep chocolate under control if you can clear one colour so you only have to worry about one colour, obviously the brown chocolate is the easiest to clear.
As you start to clear the chocolate you will be able to work lower down the board, which in turn will create cascades and clear the board faster.
