Level 1057 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you pass it.
Fish will always target the soda bottles, even when they are hidden in the honey, so fish will always be a good bet for making. Switching a fish with another special candy in this level is o real advantage unless it will mean hitting more than one soda bottle with the one move. Because the soda bottles are not usually in lines, or next to each other switching the fish with a stripe or wrap can be a waste. Switching two fish together however is worth while as they will then target three soda bottles.
Once the soda is above the level of the dispensers at each side you need to make moves above the dispensers to allow the soda bottles to float up.
Look carefully at the board before every moves as you don't have many to spare and can't afford to waste any moves.
