Before you can spread the jam you have to clear the blockers. The frosting blockers are the hardest to clear as they have to be hit several times, but the licorice poses its own problems as it blocks your combos and has to be cleared piece by piece.
A double colour bomb combo is always good for clearing licorice and isn't as hard to make as it sounds on this level as there are only 5 colours on the board.
Any colour bomb combo is good, however, so look carefully for the colour bomb patterns so you don't wast moves.
Matches of three and fish won't be enough to clear this level so you can't afford to waste moves just shuffling candies around, check the board carefully before every move and you shouldn't have too much trouble passing.
