You need to look very carefully at the board before you make moves because it is very hard to see the colours under the bubblegum. You will need to make some combos to be able to clear all the bubblegum, simple matches of three won't be enough to do the job.
As long as you don't let the bubblegum take over at the start you shouldn't have too much trouble clearing this level as long as you look for those combos right from the start.
Try to work as close to the bottom as you can once you get the board cleared a little.
