You only have to collect one bubble bear, which travels around the outside column separated from the main playing area.
The first 2 sections have jelly cake bombs, which you should clear using as few moves as possible.
Don't make matches in the outside column unless you have no choice, this wastes moves and there is no advantage in moving the bear around when the jelly cakes will clear everything for you.
In the final section the bear will float up from the outer column into the far left column, so you need to move the candies in that column to allow the bear to float up.
It is helpful to make matches in the outer line in front of the bear, as there are no jelly cakes and anything which moves the bear along is helpful.
Keep working on the left side until you have cleared the blockers and allowed the bear to float up.
You need a bit of luck in the final board to keep moving the bear. If you have no moves at that side you won't be able to complet the level.
