You have to get three bubble bears over the candy string.
First you can nibble away at the blockers in the middle and there is a stripe under the middle one that can be used to unlock the bear if you haven't managed to do it by the time it is free. Once the bear is free let it float up part way and the board will move down, leaving the other two bears in the playing area. These two bears are under the frosted blockers on each side of the board.
Try not to let the first bear float up too far for a couple of moves and you may be able to make matches under the blockers containing the bears and clear a few layers. Also any fish you have are more likely to go to the bears before the board is completely visible.
Once the board moves all the way up the fish are more likely to go to the blockers at the top than the bears you are trying to release.
You will need some powerful combos to clear the blockers at the top and if you can clear them quickly enough your fish will unlock the bears for you.
Otherwise you will need well placed stripes and stripe.wrap combos to uncover the bears.
