You have 30 moves to collect all the bears which are hidden under the frosting.
There are colour bombs hidden under the frosting in the middle of the bottom row and the third from the bottom. You should be able to switch one of them with a fish and try to switch the other one with a special candy as well.
You need to work as low down on the board as possible to take advantage of any cascades, and make special candies whenever possible.
You don't have many moves to spare so play carefully, look at the whole board before every move and make every move count. Fish are not a great deal of use unless switched with another special candy so don't waste moves making them unless there is no better move and any you get from the dispensers should be switched with something else whenever possible.
