Bubblegum levels can be extremely frustrating, especially if you don't get a good start. But they can also be easy with a bit of luck.
Look very carefully at the candies covered by bubblegum as it is sometimes hard to see the patterns when they are covered.
Whenever you can make a match in the bubblegum use it, but remember to check the rest of the board before every move as it's worth leaving the bubblegum to grow for a move or two to make a powerful combo like a colour bomb/stripe, or wrap.
However don't get carried away making special candies if you are allowing the bubblegum to grow too far as it will block your moves eventually.
