First switch the stripe/wrap combos at the bottom, you should get three combos altogether which will clear a fair amount of honey.
After this your moves will be quite restricted, but you still need to look for fish and other special candies. Fish are especially useful on all honey levels as they will always target the honey bears.
Use the purple candies whenever possible to clear large areas.
The top and bottom parts of the board are not connected so you will need combos to hit the different areas.
