The hardest squares to clear are the ones marked in the image below, and without clearing these blockers you will not complete the level.
You should concentrate on clearing these 2 squares using stripes and stripe/wrap combos. If you can't hit those squares make sure you hit other cupcake blockers with every move.
The best way to complete level 445 is with Rainbow Kimmy,
(colourbomb/colouring candy combo) but this is not always possible, so work on stripes and colour bomb/stripe combos or colour bomb/fish combos.

Remember that as the soda starts to fill the board the candies will float upwards, so you need to look at the bottom of the board when you make matches to see if you can get stripes into position to hit the two critical blockers.
Once all the bears are unlocked you need to move the candies in the top row to allow them to pass the candy string.

This one is impossible.
This is a difficult level and it has taken me several days to pass it. However, as the guide above says, the most important blockers to clear are the outside ones which are highlighted. Once these are cleared and assuming you have made progress with clearing the other blockers it is fairly easy to clear the board. Persevere!!

I've clearer those vile middle blocks and most of the rest but the bears don't go up the board. What, so basically you have to clear every single block or what? This might be the level that makes me quit. Aaagh!!!

I cleared most of the blocks and burst two color booms together to clear the layers. I got down to 1 move. I had so many looipops and switches that I've been forgetting to use during playing that I used those to break and swoop piece and I just got off this level. I was on this level maybe only a few days to a week. Couldn't stand to stay any longer.
I just cleared whole board by combining color bomb with coloring candy - pure luck they were next to each other. Then kept clearing top layer above string and won the game with moves to spare. I've never spent a penny buying any tools - just save them til really needed.
