You have to collect 3 frosted bears in 35 moves to complete level 1430 Soda Saga.
Use the peppermint sticks to give you a start on clearing the bottom corners where the two small bears will be hiding.

Here are some general tips to
clear the frosting and collect the bears. The video below shows the strategy
for this level.
Matches of three will never be
enough to clear the frosting on these levels so you must always look for chances
to make special candies and combos with every move.
Always try to work as close to
the bottom of the board as you can but look at the whole board before every
move.
A Rainbow Kimmy
(colourbomb/colouring candy combo) is always the best combo to use and the
earlier in the game you can make it the better chance you have of clearing the
level.
Stripe/wrap combos are always
good but if there is licorice try to clear it out of the way before you switch
the combo or it will block the blast.
Remember that the task on
frosting levels is only to collect the bears, not to clear all the frosting so
as soon as you see where the bears are you should concentrate on clearing there
and not the rest of the board.
