You have to collect 16 honey bears in 25 moves to complete level 1483 Soda Saga.
While clearing the peppermint sticks is not a priority, when you eventually do clear them you'll want to have the licorice out of the way so it doesn't block the blast from them.
First you must concentrate on making special candies and combos as much as possible to blast away at the honey in the middle and at the same time clear the licorice out of the way.
Concentrate on the honey and making combos and the peppermint sticks will take care of themselves as you play.
