First clear the peppermint sticks, you will probably clear the middle one first and this will hit the other two and save you a couple of moves.
Once the peppermint sticks are gone you will need to get candies down into the bottom half of the board in place of the licorice.
Use stripe/wrap combos to clear the licorice and fish switched with any other special candy to clear the honey as fish will always target the honey, taking a stripe or wrap with them.
A colourbomb switched with a stripe or fish will help a lot and once you get candies down into the bottom that's where you need to be making moves to speed up the work of clearing honey.
Stay as close to the bottom of the board as you can and look for special candies with every move, even fish are worth making in this level.
