First you need to make matches under the dispenser on the left to get the soda bottles to drop. You need to collect at lease two from there before you collect any of the ones hidden in the honey.
If you collect the ones in the honey first you will have a lot more trouble collecting the ten you need as those first ones are fairly easy and they will only drop while there is no soda under the dispenser.
Once the soda is over the dispenser you can start to collect the ones in the honey, but make moves on the far left also once the soda is high enough as this will bring soda bottles up from the top of the dispenser, which are easier to collect.
