Spread the jam in 25 moves.
First unlock the fish which is covering the jam, then get it spreading over the top part of the board straight away, once the top part of the board is covered in jam any fish you make will be forced to go to the blockers in the bottom half of the board, taking other specials with them if combined.
Stripe/wrap combos are useful and if you can drop wrapped candies down between the blockers they will be especially useful at clearing them.
A colourbomb/wrap combos is possibly the best combo apart from a Rainbow Kimmy.
Look carefully at the board before every move as there are not many and you can't afford to waste them on pointless moves. You must make every move count by either making a special candy, making a combo, or detonating a wrap in the bottom of the board.
