The first job you have is to burst the two soda bottles to raise the level of the soda, this will begin to dissolve the blockers, which in turn will allow more soda bottles to float up from the dispensers at the bottom of the board.
The peppermint sticks will help with clearing some of the licorice and they will be cleared as you play so you can almost ignore them.
Use fish to burst the soda bottles and as the soda fills the board work near the top of the soda to create cascades and bring up more soda bottles.
