Get the jam moving in the first few moves, then you can forget about it and concentrate on clearing the blockers out of the way.
As you clear the blockers the jam will spread itself once it is started.
Make special candies as much as possible and combine them for best effects. A colourbomb/wrap combo will be most effective on this level.
The colouring candy should be switched with another special candy if possible, but this can be almost impossible to do so don't waste moves trying to get to it, if it is detonated by a combo it will still help a lot.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades, but remember to check the whole board before every move so you don't miss any good combos.
