You will need to clear the jelly cakes to complete level 1139, but to do this you will first have to clear as many licorice blockers as you can in the top part of the board. Clearing the licorice will give you more space to make special candies and combos and prevent them from blocking the blast from your stripes and combos.
Don't worry too much about the jam, just get it spreading a little as soon as possible, then forget it until you have cleared the jelly cakes. Once the jelly cakes are gone you will have a few squares left to fill so look carefully for fish, which will do the job for you.
