Use fish to get into the bottom part of the board as the licorice will block a stripe or a strip/wrap combo. A fish switched with a vertical stripe will clear the black candies in the bottom half of the board and allow you to make moves there. A colourbomb will work too.
The black candy blockers will be cleared as you work on making special candies and combos.
Once the black candies are out of the way look for moves in the bottom half of the board to clear the bubblegum.
The two halves of the board are not "joined" so making normal switches in one half will not effect the candies in the other. If you run out of moves in the bottom half you will have to use special candies and combos from the top to clear the bubblegum.
