The soda bottles you need will float up from the bottom so if you can make a match in the bottom to start that will get the first bottle onto the board.
Otherwise you will just have to work your way down through the blockers and licorice using as many combos as you can make. Fish will collect the soda bottles for you but the bottles only appear one at a time so there isn't much point switching a colour bomb with a fish unless it is to get the bear to the top.

Horrible level. Have had around 50 attempts & getting nowhere near completing.
It is totally dependent on getting a lucky board to start with
Video needs to be updated, this level only has 25 moves. Need help completing it!
