Fish.... Fish switched with a wrapped candy will go a long way to clearing the chocolate if you can switch them early enough before the chocolate gets double thickness.
Colour bomb/fish combos are also really good but until you get some candies into the section where the chocolate is other combos won't help much.
Once you have some candies close to the chocolate you can try a colour bomb/stripe or wrap.
