You need to break the cupcake blockers and licorice so that the candies can fall down into the bubblegum.
Once the candies are in the bubblegum you can begin making special candies and combos to clear it.
You can use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the licorice at the top right, as this is quite hard to hit with normal matches.
Work as close to the bottom as you can to create cascades and look carefully at the whole board before every moves so you don't miss any chances to make those special candies and combos.
