The most important thing you need to concentrate on to pass level 1015 is clearing the jelly cake.
Once the jelly cake is destroyed this will take most of the bears off the board and you should be left with just a few even if you haven't started clearing the bottom right corner. This corner doesn't take many moves as it is very easy to make combos on this level and the more open the board is the more cascades and combos will be possible.
Stripe/wrap combos and fish combos are common and will do a lot of the work of clearing the frosting.
