Collect the bears from the four sections of the board.
The board is divided into 4 and the sections are not interconnected, ie. the candies do not fall from one section to another, so to hit a different section you have to use stripes or fish to get the candies moving on any sections that have no moves.
Wrapped candies are really good for clearing the frosting so make them if you can too.
You only have 23 moves so you can't afford to waste any, every move has to count.
