This is a chocolate level with brown and white chocolate. It is always easier on chocolate levels if you can remove one colour of chocolate so you only have to worry about one colour.
Take care not to unlock the stripes until the chocolate has somewhere else to go or they will be eaten and lost, but if you have better combos it won't matter too much if that happens.
It is a mistake to just chase the chocolate around, you will run out of moves if you try to clear it that way. You have to make combos and attack the chocolate with them as many times as you can.
Fish are only useful if switched with another special candy and even then they shouldn't be a priority. Colour bomb combos should be your priority, switched with a stripe or fish they will cause most destruction of the chocolate, but a wrap is also good if there are plenty of candies the same colour as the wrap near the chocolate.
I was extremely lucky in the video below as I managed to get a Rainbow Kimmy in the first 3 moves, but the second video shows a normal game played by another player.
