Clear the brown chocolate as soon as possible so you only have one colour chocolate to worry about.
Then look for special candies and combos with every move. Take care to clear some chocolate at least every second move to prevent it from growing too much and blocking your moves.
Any combination of special candies will help clear chocolate but a colour bomb/stripe combo is especially good as it will work it's way into the bulk of the chocolate and hopefully clear a path so you can start to make matches in the bottom part of the board.
Look carefully at the board before every move as it's easy to be concentrating on clearing the chocolate at the bottom and miss good moves higher up. It's especially important that you don't miss colour bomb and colouring candy patterns as these are the specials that will win the game.
