You only have to collect one bubble bear but the board is very big and you can only see sections of it at a time.
First you need to clear the black candies and hopefully this will create cascades which will unlock the bear from the frosting at the bottom.
Once the bear is floating free try to move it over one column to the left, this will mean that it moves up the left side of the board and there are less blockers to clear when you get to the candy string.
If it goes to the right don't worry as it is still possible to pass but much harder.
You have plenty of time to move the bear over so don't spend too many moves on moving it, just get it to the top of the board so the board will move up and you can see where you are going.
Use fish or stripes to clear the licorice in the middle of the board once it is in sight as this will give you lots of colour bombs and fish which you can switch together. Once the board moves to the final section the fish will go to the blockers instead of the licorice so you will lose out on the colour bomb/fish combos.
Once you can see the candy string work up there to make fish and try to get the stripes to the top where they will hit the blockers.
Check before every move to see if you have any fish next to the colour bomb and use them.
