You have only 28 moves to clear the chocolate and as there is brown and white chocolate it won't take long to take over the board!
You can't afford to let the chocolate grow, but at the same time you really need to be making combos to clear it. You can keep the chocolate under control by making matches beside it, but this will not be enough to clear it. Besides that if you make a match beside the white chocolate the brown chocolate will still grow so you will soon be out of moves.
For these reasons you must take the chance of letting the chocolate grow while you make special candies and combos, but only for the minimum of moves.
Colour bombs are pretty easy to make and should be switched with fish or stripes if possible.
Take your time! The chocolate will not grow while you are looking for the best moves so don't let it panic you into rushing your moves.
