The soda bottles will drop down from the dispensers each side at the top of the board to begin with, but there must be space for them to drop into so you need to make matches that will remove candies under the dispensers whenever possible.
Once the soda is above the bottom dispensers you will be able to get soda bottles floating up but here again there has to be room for them to float up, so again you need to make matches that will remove candies in the outside columns.
Fill up the soda as quickly as you can so that you have enough moves left to get the bubble bears up to the candy string.
