Level 939 Soda Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you pass it.
You have to rescue 20 bears from the frosting.
This is really just a matter of making as many combos as you can. A Rainbow Kimmy is the obvious best combo, but not easy to make and it can be done without.
Stripe/wrap combos and colour bombs with any other special candy will do the job if you get enough of them so just keep looking carefully for any patterns that will give you these combos.
