There are only 12 pieces of chocolate to clear, so it shouldn't be too hard, but there is white and brown chocolate which means it can take over the board very quickly.
Fish are always useful for chocolate levels, especially if you switch them with other special candies.
It is fairly easy to make colour bombs and if you get them try to switch them with another special candy. If you can't get another special next to your colour bombs use them on a single candy, which makes it easier to make more.
Work your way down to the bottom and keep working there as much as possible, but remember to check the rest of the board before every move so you don't miss any good moves.
