You can hit the colour bomb with a stripe or a combo to get the jam spreading, but that isn't a priority, the priority is to start clearing blockers so you can get the jam into the bottom of the board.
You will get more colour bombs falling from the dispenser in the middle, so use them when they appear. You don't have many moves so you will need to make combos and get cascades going to help clear blockers without wasting moves.
