There are purple candies to help you clear the frosting,but you may not get enough to make a difference. You will get more purple candies if you can get cascades, but the shape of the board means these are not so easy.
Look carefully at the board before every move and try to work as low on the board as you can.
Try to make purple combos if you can, but don't waste moves if it isn't working, better to just use them as normal if they are not dropping enough.
Fish will get the last few bears at the bottom that are hard to get to, switch fish together or with a wrapped candy to get the last bit of frosting.
