Clear the black candy blockers using stripes or stripe wrap combos. You can ignore the jam as it will spread itself as you clear the blockers.
Once the black candies are gone then you have to start looking for ways to spread the jam into the bottom part of the board.
Fish will do the job as long as they are carrying jam, a colour bomb/stripe or colour bomb/fish are good but they must be in the jam when switched or they won't do any good.
Fish will get the last few squares that are hard to get to.
