You have to collect 8 honey bears, 4 of which are in the separate cells at the bottom of the board, 2 are in the bottom middle and the rest are hidden in the honey above.
Fish switched with a sideways stripe are very good, with luck they will go to the bottom row and hit all 5 along the bottom, but even if they go to a different bear the stripe will still do some good.
The fish/stripe are particularly good once you have collected the bears from higher up, as they are guaranteed to hit the five along the bottom.
Colour bomb/fish combos are also good.
