Collect 4 bubble bears in 30 moves.
It is important to clear the blocker in the middle of the board as soon as possible. See starred block in image
You may be able to hit it from above once, then you will have to hit it from below, at the same time as you are clearing the black candies.
If you don't clear this square at the same time as the black candies you will waste moves clearing it later, the bubble bear can't go up into the next part of the board with that blocker in the way unless you move it to one side.
Fish are always useful on bubble bear levels as they will always go first to the soda bottles, then other blockers and finally to the square directly above the bears.
Once the board moves up clear the jelly cakes by making moves as close to the top of the soda as you can, so that cascades keep hitting the jelly cakes. You don't have enough moves to just go for the jelly cakes, you need to be hitting the blockers at the top at the same time.
Some of the bears will slip out diagonally, but the last one or two will probably need a path clearing through the blockers and licorice. This is where the fish can be very useful.
