Level 831 is a chocolate level with two kinds of chocolate. Although the white chocolate grows at double the speed of the brow, the brown chocolate is more likely to swallow your special candies if you leave them too long, so look out for that and if you have a special next to brown chocolate use it or lose it!
It's no good chasing the chocolate with normal switches, you will need to make combos. Colour bombs switched with another special candy are always best. Doesn't really matter what you switch the colour bomb with, it will do lots of damage.
Fish can be useful near the end when you only have a few chocolate squares left as the fish will target the chocolate. If you can't hit the chocolate any other way and want to prevent it from growing to give you chance to get your combos just use a fish.
Check the board carefully before every move as you can't afford to let the chocolate grow too much, but don't let it panic you into making rushed moves. The chocolate will not grow any more while you are thinking about your next move, so take your time.
