Level 799 is yet another hard level in this episode, so you can expect to lose quite a few lives before you complete it unless you are very lucky.
There is no great secret to clearing level 799 except don't waste moves. Make every move either make a special candy, get a combo together or fire off a combo. Matches of three are a waste of a move unless there is absolutely no better move. The hardest blockers to clear are, as always, the bottom corners and there are always at least 3 or 4 bears under those blockers so it is imperative that you use any chance you get to make combos that will hit those squares.
Colour bomb/stripe combos are probably the best to begin with, then once you have candies close to the bottom corners a colour bomb/wrap will work well.
Of course best of all is if you can get a Rainbow Kimmy fairly early in the game so you have plenty of moves left to clear up what she leaves.
It is especially important on such a hard level to play slowly and carefully so you don't miss any chances to make those powerful combos.
