The bears are hidden anywhere the board, and they do move around each game and are not always in the same place.
For this reason you will need to clear all the frosting until you can see where the bears are hiding.
The jelly cake bomb needs clearing as quickly as possible as there are still frosted blockers under it so you will need moves to clear those one the jelly cake is gone.
The bottom right is always the hardest to clear, so any combo that will effect that part of the board should be used whenever possible.
Fish are not overly helpful on their own so don't waste moves making them unless there is no better move to be made.
