You need to collect 13 bubble bears in only 30 moves.
The first board has 4 bears hidden under the frosting. The soda bottles fall down from the dispensers at the top, so you need to make moves under the dispensers to allow the soda bottles to fall.
Work on clearing the jelly cake bomb as soon as possible.
The green soda will help a lot by giving you fish, but making matches in the soda may not give you more soda bottles, so you have to balance the moves in the best way.
The rest of the bubble bears are hidden in the triangle of blockers at the bottom of the second board. Work close to the top to give cascades but also try to make matches next to the blockers to help get them out of the way so the bears can float up.
Any combo will be good as combos give you more green fish, which in turn will uncover the bears faster.
